Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation 
After submitting your order, you will receive via e-mail a copy of the order you submitted to confirm that your order was successfully transmitted. Because this will be the only acknowledgement that you receive when ordering online, it is important that you accurately provide your e-mail address.
All styles and sizes listed on our website are available for immediate delivery. Orders are processed and shipped daily from our store in Lakewood, CO. You will be notified by email of any backorders. Please call if you have any questions or have not received an order confirmation.
Delivery 
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Depending upon the delivery service selected, domestic shipments may take 1-7 days to be delivered from the United States Postal Service.
As a promotion all domestic orders receive FREE ground shipping with delivery confirmation via USPS. Express shipping is offered  for $17.99 flat fee for purchases made over the phone ONLY Monday - Friday before 12 noon MST. If Express shipping is requested after 12 noon MST your purchase will be shipped the next business day.
 International shipping (including Canada) is offered for $6.99 flat fee. Items are shipped via USPS First class International within 48 hours after an order was placed and credit card confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Anastasia's European Lingerie ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WE GLADLY OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS. No credit card refunds will be issued. You are welcome to exchange or return an item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Our Returns Department must receive all returning item(s) within 14 days to qualify for an exchange or merchandise credit. If returning item(s) without an exchange, a store credit will be issued with an expiration one year from the date of issue.

*NOTE: Holiday Gifts purchased between November 17th and December 24th will have until January 10th, the following year, to be received by our Returns Department. Valentine's gifts purchased in the month of February, between the 1st and the 14th, will have until February 25th to be received by our Returns Department. 

Shipping and gift wrap charges will not be refunded. 

EXCHANGES: If the price of the exchanged item(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), the balance can be charged to the credit card on file for the original order with the cardholder's authorization. If the price of the exchange is less than the original item(s), the remaining amount will be issued in the form of a store credit.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Anastasia's European Lingerie does not offer price adjustments, including sale and promotional sale merchandise. 

RETURNING ITEMS: All returned items must be received by Anastasia's European Lingerie in the original condition in which they were sent. The items must be unworn, with all tags attached. If an item(s) is returned to us in unsatisfactory condition, the item(s) will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are happy to process international orders. Please note: The purchaser is responsible for ALL customs duties, taxes, and international shipping on outgoing and incoming packages respectively. 

How to Exchange an item(s)

Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the time you receive your package. (Hours of Operation: Monday-Saturday 10-6pm MST)

Once your exchange has been processed, your new item(s) will be sent to you via USPS first class shipping at no additional cost (within the contiguous U.S.). Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package to process and ship your new item(s). An email will be sent to you once your exchange has be processed and shipped. 

Please use care when packaging your return. Make sure all tags are attached and the item(s) are in their original condition. Pleace the return label on the outside of the box, making sure to cover the original shipping label. 

Return an Item(s) for Store Credit 

A store credit will be issued for all returned item(s) with an expiration one year from the date of issue. An email will be sent to the original purchaser, or person otherwise specified, with the store credit code and how to use it online. Please allow up to five business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed. Detach and keep the customer packing receipt for your records. 

Please use care when packaging your return. Make sure all tags are attached and the item(s) are in their original condition.  

Special Notations:

• Due to the delicate nature of our products, please take care when returning items to us. Padded or molded garments must be packaged delicately to ensure there is no damage to the cups. Nancy Meyer reserves the right to refuse any package that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsalable.
• If you choose to return your package without the provided return label, we recommend insuring the value of the package. Please choose the appropriate shipping method to ensure timely delivery to our Returns Department. Any items received after the specified time frames are subject to be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
• Every item shipped is inspected by a senior staff member to ensure quality control. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit. Body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If the garment is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
• We cannot accept exchanges on hosiery or special and customized orders.

Sales Taxes
Sales tax of 7.6% will be added to packages shipped to recipients within the state of Colorado.
